When you place an order for an item not in stock, we will immediately send the request to our or to our supplier warehouse and send you an email confirming this. We will send you another notice if the item is still out of stock at that time (usually 5 business days later), and a third confirmation email when we ship the item. If the item is still out of stock 30 days after you placed your order, you will receive another communication from us updating you on the status of your order.
